Nestled in the Upper East Side resides the exclusive limestone and Bianco Carrara Marbled five-home-condominium known as The Justin. Upon entering the lobby, guests were ushered into a keyed elevator and whisked to the 3rd floor, into a 3-bedroom, 2 ½ spa bathroom, 1800 square foot home. Hors d’oeuvres were served in the open chef’s kitchen and dining room; a delightful mix of fruits and burger sliders, accompanied with refreshing white wine.
Attendees took comfort in the private terrace and the living room masonry fireplace, while others made their way into the master suite, complete with Jacuzzi and steam shower. Everything about the space was carefully crafted, from the coffered ceilings to the Caesarstone countertops, the white oak flooring and translucent tilt-and-turn Kolby Windows.
Hosting the event was Bravo TV darling, Ryan Serhant, who tells JGB Editor he is delighted to return for a 4th season of Million Dollar Listing New York (which airs April 15th), and recently featured in the film While We’re Young, a dramatic comedy starring Ben Stiller & Naomi Watts.
