Former child actor turned fashion designer, Grayling Purnell knows no creative limits. His signature line House of Grayling Purnell includes a list of star-studded clients from Snoop Dogg to Wyclef Jean and a feature in Vogue magazine. Grayling says his inspiration to design stems from a childhood dressed in custom clothing.
Purnell’s fall collection exuded met gala appeal. Sheer gowns and jumpsuits with Swarovski crystal and diamond beading, icicle tassel accents, winter forest themes, baroque patterns, stripe, netting and chain detail, feathered hemlines, tulle train, in short, long, fitted, exposed fronts, thigh high, with and without sleeves, and asymmetrical styles, in a tempting color palette of white gold, silver, champagne, ruby and black pearl.
Menswear dazzled in couture athleisure and separates with a lineup of embellished sweater tops, fitted dress pants, track suits and blazers in a classic color scheme of soft gray, olive green and all black.
