Former army vet turned Floridian fashion designer, Mercedes Dericho of Risqué Dukes Swim Apparel is no stranger to fame. Her bikini-clad designs have graced music videos for rapper Pitbull and the HBO series Ballers. At fashion week, her collection featured models with beachy waves, sorbet eyes, flushed lips, wearing coquettish bikinis in tequila sunrise tinged lollipop and pop art themes. Peekaboo cutouts showcased in fluorescent and eggplant, and plunging v-cuts in Merlot and terrocata. Knotted numbers transcended from cotton candy pink to leopard print. Eye-catching straps surfaced in nude and bubble gum. Pops of snakeskin emerged in earth tone and multi-color. Ice cream inspired mix-n-match in mint & cream, spearmint, and a lavender one piece with delicate frill.
