Libertine designer Johnson Hartig delights us with his pop-art meets vintage-punk street-styled collection. Inspired by rave kids, Jason concocted a series of one-of-a-kind pieces.

Women’s tops featured fuzzy pop-up cake-pops, bejeweled ensembles (shirts, vests and cardigans), lava spill blouses and Time Square themed button-down shirts.

Pants were equally unique with gem embellishments, polka dot design and brightly printed graphic styles.

Dresses had Liberace appeal, covered in rhinestones, while others were psychedelic in polka dots, boldly colored fuzz balls, fringe, sweater dresses with logos, candy swirls and floral.

Sportswear received a magnificent makeover with a glorified metallic-green track suit sashaying down the runway.

Coveted outerwear featured all types of jackets, from embroidered red fringe ponchos to cropped three-tone vegan chinchilla, noir film polka dots, flora and multi-patterned options. Unconventionally fashionable coats included impressive degradation-effect trenches, gem-ornamented and vibrantly metallic wool and shearling.

MENSWEAR

Menswear was playfully masculine with Pat Buckley T-Shirts and other graphic tees, and city street button-downs. Shorts were of abundance in cut-off, fuzz ball, paint-splatter, embellished and metallic styles.

Outerwear was fanciful with logo printed hoodies, candy wrapper themed studded/leather and paint splatter gem-embellished cargo jackets. Men’s shoes were casual but spiffy with colorfully studded high top converse styles, all-black low tops and striped socks.
