Date: October 28. Venue: Max Mara – SoHo

Teen Vogue invites us to celebrate the launch of Sportmax, a collection so complete it takes us from the office to the weekend in a New York minute, with floral and paint splatter prints on leather and sweatshirt material, richly colored earth tone jackets and classic tweed coats.

Amy Astley (Teen Vogue Editor-in-Chief) tells Jesenia’s Goodie Bag she loves the Sportmax black silhouettes, animal prints, and their selection of long skirts, which she says are so versatile, they can be worn with anything, from heels to boots, even flats. When asked what Sportmax item every girl should have in her closet, she immediately mentioned a bejeweled sweatshirt top, and if one can splurge, to invest in a fur coat.

The ridiculously beautiful, sport pop princess, Rita Ora, graces the November 2014 cover of Teen Vogue in her signature boyish fashion. Also trending in the pages of Teen Vogue, model Bella Hadid (who also attended the Sportmax event), girl crush Alexa Chung, beauty secrets from the Olsen Twins, why blue makeup is this season’s must-have, and a full length editorial spread of bohemian chic, varsity cool and sporty styles.
