Date: December 11. Venue: Bloomingdale’s – 59th Street

DVF Creative Brand Director Stefani Greenfield joins House of DVF contestant Lenore Genovese and Bloomingdale’s Fashion Director Brooke Jaffe for a DVF fashion show presentation and styling event.

Lingering throughout the DVF space was sweetly fragrant, absolutely delicious fairy floss (or as we call it here in the states, cotton candy). DVF assistants worked their magic at the holiday station, creating elegant bows and gift-wrapping DVF goods in luxurious DVF styled wrapping paper to the festive music beats emanating from the turntable.
With her fashion expertise, Stefani consulted DVF clients, before making her way to the DVF platform for a quick Q&A with Brooke Jaffe. During her interview, Stefani lists the Abigail Long Wrap Dress as her favorite DVF dress, and for the holidays, she recommends the 440 Envelope Clutch for its sleek appeal and on-the-go size. When asked about the House of DVF contestants, Stefani admits while mentoring the girls she developed a sisterly relationship with them. Her most prized vintage find was an 80’s DVF wrap dress.
“Classic and appealing, that’s the power of a wrap dress.” –Stefani Greenfield

Lenore, who also joined the panel, reveals to Brooke how impactful it was for her as an FIT student to not only meet Diane von Fürstenberg, but to actually have an opportunity to compete for the DVF Ambassador title, and cherishes every learning experience DVF has provided her. She also lists dresses from the DVF 2015 Resort Collection among her favorites this season, “comfortable, professional, sophisticated, a confidence booster” she states of the wrap dress, and relies little on accessories when wearing a DVF dress.

The DVF fashion presentation featured five of DVF’s valued customers modeling the clothes, opening with an indigo denim wrap dress, complimented with a blue/pink poppy leopard scarf and a vine pink 440 envelope clutch, an everyday essential for the DVF woman.

Fashion’s beloved tunic dress gets a modern makeover with ombre pink color, caftan sleeves and beaded trimming, the quintessential dress for a beach-side brunch, and can easily pair with skinny jeans and wooden wedges for an effortless yet glamorous weekend look.

Dubbed the Unexpected Cocktail Jumper, the DVF woman can go from the office to a party without ever changing clothes.

This sexy season-less wrap romper works well in warm weather as it does in winter by adding a tuxedo blazer, fleece leggings and heeled ankle boots.

The DVF embellished shawl collar jacket with matching jumpsuit wear just as great together as they do separately. The versatile jacket style can be worn up or down, while the jumpsuit makes the perfect evening attire alternative.
