Date: May 11th. Venue: 99 Schermerhorn St – Brooklyn

Come time travel with us from 1904 to the 21st century as we head down the New York Transit Museum stairway, past a hundred years of turnstiles and fair collections, into a historical setting when not in use, doubles as a film set and private event space. Venture through an exhibit that chronicles the metro system evolution and its underground laborers. Visual presentations included rare photos and objects, graphic art and a short film screening. Time capsule passenger carriages featured antique and vintage interior cards (think: an original Campbell’s soup ad). For keepsake merchandise, browse through the museum’s gift shop, perfect for all age groups.
