Gilets and vests are easily recyclable from season to season. They add just enough warmth on windy days or chilly nights, great for layering during much cooler seasons, but more importantly; I love the way they pull an outfit together.

Vests

Burberry Prorsum (Cropped Leather Biker Vest): You don’t need a Harley Davidson to sport this look. Mix-n-Match with graphic or shredded T’s, racer-back tunic tanks, perforated or fishnet shirts, snakeskin skinny denim or leather leggings, studded loafers or heel-less boots.

Mc Q (Long-Length Shearling Vest): Throw on an AC/DC shirt, metallic Balmain leather skinny pants, stacked jewelry, mini skull stud earrings and a pair of patent Doc Martens or platform booties.

Gilets

Alice by Temperley (Faux Fur Sleeveless Gilet): Spruce with a long sleeve cowl-neck shirt, bold metallic watch, denim or leather motocross pants and lace-up boots.

Calvin Klein Collection (Long Shearling Gilet): Uncomplicated hair with a tousled bun, pile on black mascara, just a dab of blush to the apples of your cheeks and a swipe of crimson-red or red-orange lipstick. Incorporate the look of Helmut Lang in a dark-hued sleeve-less or long-sleeve draped dress, fishnet or foot-less tights and leather or patent open-toe boots.

Karl Donoghue (Shearling Gilet): With fur, less is more; a cotton long sleeve shirt, acid washed jeans, black leather wedge sandals and a vampy mani or pedi.
