Once again John Blaine (Celebrity Hair Stylist & Creative Director of Obliphica Professional) returns to the spotlight with yet another celebrity bombshell, client and campaign woman Pamela Anderson. In attendance was Dita Von Teese passing her torch to the Bay Watch beauty.
