Nest Seekers International Real Estate Broker turned Bravo TV reality star, Ryan Serhant, opened shop at a new zip code, welcoming guests to the grand opening of his newest SoHo office space. Guests enjoyed Miami mojitos and specialty hors d’oeuvres, while overlooking new development projects in New York, Los Angeles, Miami and The Hamptons. Filming the event for a future episode were cameramen from the Emmy award nominated Million Dollar Listing New York.
